United States, June 5 -- The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a maximum $12,104,861 undefinitized delivery order (SPRPA1-25-F-0LB3) against a three-year basic ordering agreement (SPRPA1-14-D-002U) for the KC46 commercial common depot level repairables strategic repair contract. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S.C. 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The performance completion date is April 6, 2026. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2026 Air Force working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
