India, Oct. 24 -- India Ratings and Research ('Ind-Ra') has withdrawn the rating assigned to Rs.80 crore Commercial Paper, Rs.10 crore Bank loan facilities, and Rs.2.50 crore of Non-Convertible Debentures.
