India, Dec. 19 -- Tata Advanced Systems and Lockheed Martin today announced the groundbreaking of a new Defence Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in India, developed to support Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) C-130J Super Hercules aircraft.
