Netherlands, Feb. 18 -- The N264 is an important provincial road between the A50 and A73 near Uden. In view of the growth in the number of inhabitants and businesses in the region, BAM Infra Nederland replaced three roundabouts on the road with intersections with smart traffic lights. This improves traffic flow as well as safety. Due to the strict nitrogen rules, the project went very differently than previously planned. It is therefore a fine example of good cooperation between the province of North Brabant, the municipality of Maashorst and BAM.
