STV HDR USMA JV awarded $67,118,539 contract for the design of the Thayer Hall renovation at the U.S. Military Academy

United States, Nov. 18 -- STV HDR USMA JV, Douglassville, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $67,118,539 firm-fixed-price contract for the design of the Thayer Hall renovation at the U.S. Military Academy. Work will be performed in West Point, New York, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 18, 2030. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $67,118,539 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is the contracting activity (W912WJ-26-C-A002).
