Skanska rebuilds part of Lundbyleden
Sweden, May 6 -- Skanska has signed an agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration for the second part of Lundbyleden, Gothenburg, which includes groundworks and civil works for road, railway land and bridges. The new contract is worth about SEK 880M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden in the second quarter of 2025.The E2 Lundbyleden contract includes the reconstruction of Lundbyleden between Brantingsmotet and Ringomotet, as well as railway land work between Lundbyleden and Kville bangard. The project includes the reconstruction and extension of roads, construction of five new bridges with associated retaining walls, and civil engineering works for the expansion of the Bohusbanan to double track.
