Sweden, July 4 -- Skanska is investing about SEK 1.4 billion in the second phase of the office building Solna Link at Solna Station in Arenastaden, Solna, Sweden. The construction contract is worth about SEK 650M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the third quarter of 2025.The second phase will be twelve stories high and will have approximately 21,000 square meters of leasable space. The entire Solna Link, located along the tracks at Solna Station, will encompass about 36,000 square meters.
