Skanska invests about SEK 1 billion in a new office building at Solna Station
Sweden, March 7 -- Skanska is investing about SEK 1 billion in the first phase of the office complex Solna Link at Solna Station in Arenastaden, Sweden. The construction contract is worth about SEK 480M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the first quarter 2025.The first phase of the nine-storey office building will have a leasable area of approximately 16,000 square meters. The entire Solna Link, located along the tracks at Solna Station, will encompass about 36,000 square meters.
