Sweden, Aug. 26 -- Skanska has divested an elderly care home, currently under construction in Falun, Sweden, to Northern Horizon for about SEK 330M. The project, a specially adapted residence for seniors (SABO), is being developed turnkey by Skanska Sweden for the tenant, Falu Municipality. The divestment will be recorded in the Commercial Property Development stream in the third quarter of 2025.The new elderly care home is being built in the district Haraldsbo in Falun. The building will have a gross area of approximately 6,600 square meters and will accommodate 80 residential units for seniors, with a focus on dementia care.
