Sweden, Dec. 19 -- Skanska has signed a contract with Karlskrona Municipality to build a new access road to Karlskrona, Sweden, which will be the city's new entrance. The contract is worth about SEK 450M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden in the fourth quarter of 2025.The existing agreement between the parties for the design phase (phase 1) is now supplemented by a contract for the production phase (phase 2). Skanska's assignment includes the construction of a new climate-adapted access road to Karlskrona. The access road will be climate-adapted by raising it approximately one meter in relation to the existing road.
