Malaysia, Feb. 5 -- On January 27, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the National Institute of Biotechnology Malaysia in Selangor, for "The Project of Enhancing Biomass Utilization for Sustainable Management of Oil Palm Plantation and Promoting Circular Economy by Utilizing Applied Biotechnology Methods", a technical cooperation project.
