Paraguay, Oct. 6 -- On September 22, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with Sudameris Bank S.A.E.C.A. (hereinafter "Sudameris"), a commercial bank in the Republic of Paraguay. The signing ceremony was held in Rotterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands, on September 23, 2025.
