Paraguay, Dec. 16 -- On December 12, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the Government of Republic of Paraguay in the capital city Asuncion, to provide Japanese ODA loan for the Project for Improving Integration and Socioeconomic Development Corridor in the Southwestern Region.
