Angola, Aug. 22 -- On August 21, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the Government of the Republic of Angola in Yokohama city, to provide Japanese ODA loan for the Project for Transmission System Reinforcement in Southern Region.
