Maldives, Sept. 9 -- On September 9, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Republic of Maldives in the capital island of Male, to provide grant aid for the Project for Disaster Resilience Enhancement in the Male Island.
