Sweden, Dec. 2 -- Vestia, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a contract with Lerum Municipality to renovate Vattenpalatset in Lerum. Lerum Municipality is located in the Greater Gothenburg area. The project is a turnkey contract carried out in partnering. The contract value is approximately SEK 200 million. Vattenpalatset will be renovated and developed into a modern, attractive family swimming facility that will continue to serve as a health-promoting meeting place for all residents of Lerum Municipality. The facility will have a high level of accessibility, an environment where everyone should feel safe and secure and have access to all parts of the complex.
