Switzerland, June 16 -- Siemens Smart Infrastructure and COIMA, a leader in the investment, development and management of real estate assets on behalf of institutional investors, are continuing their long-term strategic partnership with one of the most iconic buildings in Milan's Porta Nuova district - "Pirelli 35". The goal is to transform the 45,000-square-meter, 11-storey asset into a smart and energy efficient property.
