Latvia, July 29 -- Latvia based SIA "VR Projekts" has secured contract from Valsts aizsardzibas logistikas un iepirkumu centrs for Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport-Purchase of Staff Service for irregular routes. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
