United States, June 5 -- Serrano Construction and Development Corp., Barrigada, Guam, was awarded an $8,492,880 firm-fixed-price contract to repair Chapel 1. This contract will provide for various repairs to Chapel 1, B22024. Work will be performed on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 16, 2027. This contract was a competitive acquisition and eight offers were received. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance appropriations funds in the amount of $8,492,880 are being obligated at the time of award. The 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen AFB, Guam is the contracting activity (FA5240-25-F-0093).
