Norway, May 27 -- Scana ASA announces that Pal Selvik has decided to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from today. He will be succeeded by Baste Tveito who will take the role as acting CEO.Baste Tveito is deeply familiar with the company having served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Scana ASA. He brings extensive industry experience from senior management positions in oil and gas, systems industry, and business organizations. Pal Selvik has agreed to a six-month lock-up period for his shares in Scana.With a solid platform in place, the company will continue its strategic focus on profitable growth and long-term value creation for shareholders.
