Germany, Feb. 20 -- RWE launches the first call for projects under its community fund in the Normandy and Hauts-de-France regions. Through this initiative, RWE seeks to strengthen the connection between renewable energy production and local communities. Financed by the output of RWE's wind farms in Catillon-Fumechon (Oise), Ronchois (Seine-Maritime), and Troisvilles-Reumont (Nord), the fund is endowed with €120,000 for its inaugural year and aims to support projects serving the public interest.
