Italy, July 17 -- RWE has commissioned one of its largest onshore wind farms in Italy after a year of construction. The 53.1 megawatt (MW) Mondonuovo wind farm consists of 9 turbines, each with a capacity of 5.9 MW. Located in Apulia in the province of Brindisi, in the municipality of Mesagne, the wind farm can supply green power to up to 55,000 Italian households.
