China, Aug. 11 -- Rolls-Royce Power Systems division has completed the production of the new mtu Series 2000 G06 engine in China, with the first batch to be delivered to customers soon. This marks a key milestone in the implementation of Rolls-Royce's localisation strategy in China. The new product is manufactured at MTU Yuchai Power (MYP), a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Chinese engine manufacturer Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co.
