United States, Sept. 24 -- R.A. Burch Construction Co. Inc., Ramona, California, was awarded a $37,825,200 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a 60,000-square-foot training support center at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Fort Irwin, California, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 8, 2027. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $37,825,200 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity (W912PL-25-C-A019).
