United States, Aug. 22 -- One of North America's largest EV battery factories aims for annual capacity of 32 GWh to accelerate U.S. local production.A joint venture team of Turner Construction Company and Yates Construction is pleased to celebrate the official opening of Panasonic Energy Co., Ltd.'s, a Panasonic Group company, new cylindrical lithium-ion battery factory for electric vehicles (EVs). Located in De Soto, just outside Kansas City in the United States, the facility marks the opening of one of the largest automotive battery plants in North America.
