Pacwest-Korte JV awarded $20,515,863 contract for design and construction, maintenance and repair

United States, Sept. 25 -- Pacwest-Korte JV, Lake Elsinore, California, was awarded a $20,515,863 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction, maintenance and repair. Bids were solicited via the internet with 12 received. Work will be performed in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 3, 2028. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $20,515,863 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-25-C-A033).
