Romania, Nov. 13 -- Romania based OMV PETROM S.A. has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Diesel Fuel - fuels for the means of naval mobility - diesel and gasoline in the payment of excise duties. The value of the contract is worth 17312400 RON.
