France, Oct. 29 -- France based NTT DATA Business Solutions S.A.S. has secured contract from INSTITUT DE RECHERCHE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT (IRD) for IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support - Application maintenance services, publisher support, SAP expertise and technical support.
