United States, Dec. 23 -- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Maryland, was awarded a $59,978,362 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development. This contract provides support research and development for the VEYRON effort and will develop, fabricate and demonstrate a digital beamforming transceiver Application Specific Integrated Circuit design that integrates supply chain vulnerability mitigation through on chip Root of Security technology components. Work will be performed at Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2028.
