Sri Lanka, Aug. 28 -- The No. 4 tunnel of the 27.7-kilometer Upper Elahera Canal Project in Sri Lanka, undertaken by CSCEC, has been successfully completed, marking the final push towards project completion and laying a solid foundation for the full completion of the project.The project is a key water infrastructure project under Sri Lanka's The Mahaweli Water Security Investment Program, a major livelihood project.
