Finland, April 30 -- YIT is starting the construction of a self-developed apartment building project called Asunto Oy Kuopio Maaherra in the center of Kuopio. The five-storey residential building will house 51 homes, two commercial premises, and a parking facility with 30 spaces. The value of the project is approximately EUR 15 million. The construction works were started in April, and the project is due to be finished by the end of 2025.The apartment building, which will be built on its own plot in the best location in the city center, will house residential spaces of about 2,700 square meters and business premises with a total area of about 160 square meters.
