Namibia, Aug. 14 -- Namibia has become the latest country to adopt cutting-edge technology for development project management, as senior government officials and the African Development Bank jointly launched the transformative Remote Appraisal, Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation (RASME) project on Wednesday in Windhoek.The RASME initiative marks a major shift in how development projects are monitored and evaluated across Africa.
