Japan, Aug. 6 -- Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced that its ME Innovation Fund has invested in Japan-based Pale Blue Inc., a startup engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of propulsion systems* for small satellites that use water as a propellant.
