Messer Construction Co. awarded $16,042,500 contract design-bid-build construction services

United States, Sept. 25 -- Messer Construction Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a $16,042,500 firm-fixed-price contract design-bid-build construction services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of March 13, 2028. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation, defense-wide funds in the amount of $16,042,500 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-25-C-0021).
