United States, Sept. 29 -- JLL Capital Markets announced, in partnership with McCraney Property Company, it closed the $23 million sale and arranged acquisition financing for 1801 Cypress Lake Drive, a 168,515-square-foot distribution facility in Orlando, Florida.JLL represented the seller, Veyer Logistics, in the sale, while McCraney Property Company acquired the asset. Working on behalf of the new owner, JLL also secured a three-year, floating-rate acquisition loan through Truist Bank.Situated on a 10.6-acre infill site at 1801 Cypress Lake Drive, the property is a purpose-built distribution facility originally constructed in 1998 and renovated in 2005.
