United States, Sept. 30 -- Martin Brothers Construction Co., Sacramento, California, was awarded a $16,438,115 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of the 400 Aircraft Parking Ramp - Phase Five. This contract provides for a design-bid-build project to demolish and replace deteriorated concrete pavement and drainage utilities. Work will be performed at Travis Air Force Base, California, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 24, 2026. This contract was a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. Fiscal 2025 transportation working capital funds in the amount of $16,438,115 are being obligated at time of award. The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8903-25-C-0028).
