L-J Inc. awarded $7,540,880 contract to raise dikes and berms, and install new spillway systems

United States, April 24 -- L-J Inc., Cayce, South Carolina, was awarded a $7,540,880 firm-fixed-price contract to raise dikes and berms, and install new spillway systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina, with an estimated completion date of March 20, 2026. Fiscal 2025 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,540,880 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (W912HP-25-C-0003).
