Denmark, Dec. 3 -- Napatech A/S announces the appointment of Kartik Srinivasan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)and the nomination committee's proposal that Lars Boilesen be elected as chairman of the Board of Directors at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company. Kartik Srinivasan will join Napatech on 2 January 2026. Kartik Srinivasan joins Napatech from his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Cornelis Networks, where he architected the company's AI-first transformation and built and led a global marketing organization.
