JR Merit Inc. awarded $20,396,666 contract for Lower Granite Dam intake gate hydraulic system upgrades

United States, Sept. 26 -- JR Merit Inc., Vancouver, Washington, was awarded a $20,396,666 firm-fixed-price contract for Lower Granite Dam intake gate hydraulic system upgrades. Work will be performed in Pomeroy, Washington, with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2028. Fiscal 2025 Bonneville Power Administration funds in the amount of $4,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is the contracting activity (W912EF-25-C-A025).
