United States, Sept. 26 -- JM Construction Services Inc., Santa Ana, California, was awarded an $8,496,000 firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build, alteration-renovation of a building for a flight simulator. Work will be performed in March Air Reserve Base, California, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 26, 2027. Fiscal 2024 military construction, Air Force Reserves funds in the amount of $8,496,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is the contracting activity (W912QR-25-C-A031).
