United States, March 25 -- JLL Capital Markets announced that it has completed the sale and financing of a five-property self-storage portfolio totaling 2,327 units in the metropolitan areas of Houston, Texas, and Providence, Rhode Island.JLL represented the seller, Madison Capital Group and affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, in the sale of the properties. Additionally, JLL worked on behalf of the buyer to secure acquisition financing.The portfolio includes three Texas properties located at 2919 S Hwy 146 in Bacliff and 12610 Tanner Rd. and 4100 West 34th in Houston.
