United States, Dec. 18 -- JLL's Energy and Infrastructure Advisory team announced today that it has arranged the sale of a 400 MW Potentia-Viridi battery energy storage system (BESS) project located in Alameda County, California.JLL acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Obra Maestra Renewables LLC, a joint venture between Capstone Infrastructure Corporation and Eurowind Energy in the sale of 100% of their membership interests in the energy storage asset to an experienced international energy company.
