JLL arranges capitalization of prime 26-acre development site in Tampa
United States, Aug. 5 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the successful capitalization of 3600 Causeway Boulevard, a 26-acre industrial development site in Tampa's highly sought-after infill market.JLL represented the developer, Hazel Street Capital, in the transaction and also arranged the construction financing for CIP Real Estate, which acquired the land tract.The development, which broke ground at the end of July 2025, will deliver three buildings: a 110,000 square foot and 142,000 square foot rear-loaded warehouse and a 79,000 square foot standalone warehouse with separate auto access.
