Japan, Nov. 17 -- On November 14 in Brazil, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Climate Bonds Initiative ?Climate Bonds?, the UK-based international non-government organization working to mobilize global capital for climate action and resilience.The purpose of the MOU is to establish a knowledge partnership between the two parties.
