Indonesia, July 17 -- The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) signed on July 10 a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) of Indonesia. This MOU aims to strengthen the cooperative relationship between Danantara and JBIC and contribute toward creating business opportunities for Japanese companies and resolving social issues in Indonesia. These objectives will be pursued through the identification of potential projects in areas such as decarbonization, the circular economy, critical minerals, communications and digital infrastructure, and healthcare, as well as through efforts to preserve the environment and achieve carbon neutrality.
