Intuitive Research and Technology Corp. awarded $179,460,689 contract for flight vehicle parts

United States, Sept. 30 -- Intuitive Research and Technology Corp., Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a minimum $179,460,689 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for flight vehicle parts. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a two-year eleven-month contract with no option periods. The contract completion date is Aug. 31, 2028. Using customers are Army, federal civilian agencies and Ukraine. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2024 through 2025 operations and maintenance and Foreign Military Sales funding. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (SPRRA2-25-C-0014).
