Norway, May 16 -- Instabank ASA (INSTA) announced an agreement to acquire a mortgage portfolio valued at approximately NOK 375 million from a Norwegian bank.The portfolio mirrors Instabank's existing mortgage portfolio in terms of interest rates, credit risk, and loan-to-value ratios. This acquisition underscores Instabank's capacity to leverage structural opportunities alongside its organic growth strategy. Upon completion, the transaction is expected to increase Instabank's total lending volume by approximately 6 %, reaching approximately NOK 7.4 billion based on Q1 2025 figures.
