India, July 3 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Vidarbha Cargo Private Limited's (VCPL) term loan 1's rating to 'IND A-' from 'IND BBB+' and term loan 2's rating to 'IND A' from 'IND A-'. The Outlook is Stable.
