India, Nov. 14 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Dhar Coal Products Private Limited's (DCPPL) bank loan facilities' long-term rating to 'IND BBB' from 'IND BBB-', and short-term rating to 'IND A3+' from 'IND A3'. The Outlook is Stable.
