India, Sept. 22 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has downgraded RDC Concrete (India) Limited's (RDC) non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and bank facilities to 'IND BB+'/Rating Watch with Negative Implications from 'IND BBB+'/Rating Watch with Negative Implications and simultaneously migrated the ratings to the non-cooperating category. The rating will now appear as 'IND BB+'/Rating Watch with Negative Implications (ISSUER NOT COOPERATING) on the agency's website. The issuer has not made available critical information for the rating exercise despite continuous requests and follow-ups by the agency through emails and phone calls.
